Brian Smith - author, professional speaker and management consultant - has been in the people business for over 37 years, 27 of those years as a general manager for a major Canadian retailer and an award-winning owner/operator of his own small business. Considered by many to be a leading authority on personal performance improvement and leadership development, he has worked with a number of clients both in the public and private sector including: Med-Eng Systems Inc, Aecon, I-Stat Canada, Ottawa Police Services, Siemens, Canadian Tire Corporation, Mxi Technologies Ltd. and several Government agencies.

When Brian is not traveling around the country facilitating workshops or delivering a key note speech he teaches business management and entrepreneurship as a member of the faculty of Algonquin College's School of Business.

Greg Johnson, Founder of Power Link Dynamics, is an internationally sought after speaker/presenter in the field of human performance and sales. For the past 14 years, Greg has conducted training and workshops in the ever-changing software industry while serving in sales, marketing and management roles. His rich corporate management and sales experience has prepared him to teach and consult on multiple levels with both the public and private sectors. Greg is Power Link Dynamics USA affiliate.

Joanne Daykin is President of ND Learning Centre. She holds certification as a: trainer/facilitator in Total Quality Management by the American Society for Quality, Rock Climbing by the Ontario Rock Climbing Association, and High Ropes Facilitation by Challenges Unlimited. Through her experimental programs, Joanne helps team members develop their people and task skills necessary to increase efficiency, build morale, foster trust, improve communication and enhance their leadership abilities. She holds degrees in psychology, counselling and education.

Melanie Dillion is President of Skills Quest Consulting and has studied holistic therapy, and is a Registered Nutritional Consultant. She has an extensive background in marketing and customer service for IBM Canada, where she was awarded their Administrative Achievement Award. She has designed and implemented a number of training programs. Her portfolio includes stress management, diversity training, customer service and leadership development. Melanie is a Dean’s Honour Roll Graduate and Scholarship recipient from the University of Western Ontario.

Robert Lamb is a training and performance consultant and President of Pathfinder CDC. Robert has been conducting corporate training workshops since 1987. Adult education is unique in many ways and Robert uses an interactive style to enhance the learning process. Participants are able to apply, in practical terms, what they’ve learned in his workshops. Robert studied communications at St. Lawrence College and Carleton University before starting his career with the Canadian Federal Government. His last appointment before starting his own consulting business was with the Solicitor General's Office as a Project Manager and Information Officer.

Jack Enns is President of J.Enns & Associates and is PLD's Western Canada representative. Jack has a proven track record as a business professional having spent over 30 years as general manager for a major Canadian retailer. He holds certificates of achievement in Project Management, Human Resource Development, Risk Management and Purchasing. Jack is an experienced facilitator having delivered a variety of workshops to both the public and private sectors. He is currently delivering course material in an educational environment.
