All PLD's Home Study Courses use Inscape Publishing's DiSC© behavioural assessment profiles, designed to provide participants with techniques and practical tools they can use to enhance their performance. PLD's Home Study Courses are RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) and CAIFA (Canadian Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors) approved for educational credits.

One-on-One Coaching Session

After you have completed your DiSC© Personal Assessment Profile, case studies and workbook exercises, you will work one-on-one with a PLD Instructor via telephone. S/he will review your work, answer any questions you may have and help you formulate a personal action plan to ensure you get the utmost benefit from your Home Study Course.
