Payment will be considered received after your cheque has been processed by our bank.

Payment By Direct Bank Deposit

For clients who wish to do so, arrangements for direct transfer of your funds into our bank account can be made. Please contact us directly for more information.

Workshop Registration Policy:

Power Link Dynamics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop or program. In the event of a program or workshop cancellation, we make every effort to notify participants 2 weeks prior to the event. Please be advised that Power Link Dynamics is not responsible for any airfare penalties, travel or hotel charges that may be incurred due to cancelled or rescheduled events.

Cancellations:

  • All cancellations, substitutions and reschedule requests must be made in writing.
  • Full payment(s) must be received 2 weeks prior to the start of the workshop.
  • Pre-deadline cancellations received 2 weeks prior to the start of the workshop are eligible to receive a full refund.
  • Post-deadline cancellations will be eligible to receive a credit voucher redeemable on any future workshop (Sorry no refunds).
  • Workshop registrants who fail to attend without proper notification will be charged the full attendance cost.
  • An organization or individual may substitute another colleague for the original registrant prior to the start of the workshop without incurring a penalty.
