Program Agenda:

Day One:
You will present a pre-training assignment to a panel of instructors while being videotaped and critiqued. This valuable feedback will set the tone for your success. You will learn presentation and facilitation techniques that will enhance your performance.


Day Two:
You will be introduced to Inscape Publishing professional tools and programs, learning how to position and facilitate their use and learning the theory behind DiSC, Coping with Stress, Leadership, Time Management, or other assessment tools of your choice. These tools will add client-value to your workshops and help you set yourself apart from your competition.


Day Three:
You will start to formulate your business strategy and market specialization. You will set goals, develop a business plan and potential focus, and receive valuable instruction on sales, marketing, tools of the trade, and setting up your own business contact list.

Teaching/Learning Methodology:

 About your Instructor: Mr. Brian Smith is a Certified Trainer, Management Consultant, College Professor and CEO/President of Brinley Consulting & Training Ltd. and its subsidiary Power Link Dynamics. Brian has worked and consulted with a number of organizations in the public and private sectors. He understands first-hand some of the challenges you face, after having spent 27 years as a General Manager for a major Canadian retailer and as an owner/operator of his own small business.
