Overview
The success of any organization is based on the quality of its people. Recent studies have concluded that direct and indirect costs to an organization to fill a vacant position can cost as much as 35% of the salary allocated for that position.

This workshop has been designed to assist Human Resource Professionals make that sometimes-difficult decision and get the right skills, in the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost. Not everyone is good at every job and not all adults learn the same way. To a large extent, a person's behavioural style will dictate how successful they will become in a given job.

Understanding behavioural styles and how they can impact productivity will help ensure you're hiring and putting people into positions where they are most likely to be successful.
